2022 Questionnaire

Please share briefly what inspired you to run for this office and why you feel you’re qualified for the position.

In Nevada currently democracy is dead! The Democrats control almost all branches of government and they no longer believe in the. concept of checks & balances (in other words, they utilize the tyranny of the Majority. The “regular order” in governing is no more! They no longer believe in bi-partisanship. To counter the Democrats autocratic government, therefore, relying in “legacy politics” or politics as usual approach will simply not work.

Therefore as Nevada governor in November 2022, I will exercise a unique power granted in the state constitution under title-412 of the NRS (Nevada Revised Statute). This power is called “state-militia” government with the Nevada governor as the Commander-in-Chief of the state militia. This is my “nuclear option” when dealing with the hostile and autocratic Democrat politicians and their appointed bureaucrats. I can effectively utilize the “state militia” when dealing with the investigation of voter fraud, election rigging, or balloting irregularities. As a militia governor I can set up a military style “JAG officers corps” and they will empanel a grand jury to indicts government officials who obstruct justice. I will also be able to launch a military police (MPs) to arrest politicians who refuse to appear in court. The MPs could also be deployed to our southern borders to help secure Arizona & Texas. None of the state militia apparatus will be financed by the taxpayer. All will be volunteers.

I have two college degrees, a manufacturing executive engineers, as well as a supply side (supply chain economist. I have also attended law school.

What policies would you propose for dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our state’s economy?

For starters we must help our state “cash cow” - the gaming and tourism industries - to prosper by lowering business taxes and government regulation. This approach is also applicable to the small business folks.

I have the direct skills & knowledge to diversify Nevada economy. I have built billion dollars car & truck assembly plants, as well as engine & transmission factories. As governor, I want to built semi conductor chips manufacturing here, for example.

I have a long range plan to supply fresh water to southern Nevada by bringing water from the Ohio River here using the MKARN Act of 1961 ( the Army Corps of Engineers will manage the east-west waterway).

With rent prices having increased over the last year, what do you think should be done to make rent affordable for more Nevadans?

Push the BLM to allow more land to build lower priced affordable homes and to reform the restrictive zoning regulations. Also, we must incentivize private builders to build thousand more apartments for folks who are coming to Las Vegas & Reno areas in droves.

With Nevada’s growing population, what policies and mitigation measures would you propose to protect water?

We must prohibit HOAs from requiring homeowners to have dozens of trees, bushes, plants that will require constant watering. I’m not against restricting the use of natural grass for homes, business, or cities.

I have described earlier how I will work on bringing the Ohio River water to Lake Mead (currently being dumped into the Mississippi river on the way to the salt water Gulf of Mexico)

Nevada has historically protected the right to abortion, including protecting the right in statute 30 years ago by a vote of the people. However, there remain barriers to access in the state. Do you support not only the right to abortion but policies that improve equitable access to abortion care?

I am pro-life and I oppose abortion with some exception

The state of Nevada is facing an unprecedented shortage of health care providers – a problem that impacts every area of medicine, including the provision of sexual and reproductive care. Do you support removing the physician-only requirement and allowing advanced practice clinicians (APCs) to provide this vital care to patients with training and certification?

Yes, absolutely. We don’t need MDs to deliver all healthcare

Comprehensive, age and developmentally appropriate, medically-accurate, inclusive sex education has been proven to improve students’ long-term health outcomes, yet it is not required that students be provided with this information in their sex-ed programs. Do you believe that public school sex-ed programs should be comprehensive, medically accurate, and inclusive?

Sex education in school MUST be crafted with the strong participation of parents or guardians.

It is well documented that patients of color face greater obstacles to obtaining sexual and reproductive health care than non-Hispanic white Americans – a pattern that results in worse health outcomes overall for BIPOC patients. Do you not only acknowledge systemic racism’s role in public health disparities but will you pursue policies that seek to rectify the historical harm of systemic racism and advance equitable access to health care?

I strongly oppose racial or ethnic discrimination

Knowing that the death penalty is exorbitantly expensive, racially discriminatory, and does not promote true healing for victims family members, do you support its abolition and do you think ending the death penalty is a crucial part of criminal justice reform?

No; I support the death penalty for heinous crimes but must be subject to rigorous due process of law

True Colors United, a national organization that implements innovative solutions to youth homelessness that focus on the unique experiences of LGBTQ+ young people continues to rate Nevada as critically low, for its State Index on Youth Homelessness (in collaboration with the National Homelessness Law Center) that ranks and scores laws and policies related to preventing and addressing youth homelessness in the United States. What is your office’s plan to help fund and provide oversight regulations to youth homelessness services now that there is an abundance of housing dollars to address affordable housing and other housing needs?

I will support adequate appropriation in the annual state budget

What is your commitment to housing as a basic human right? Do you support the implementation of rent control policies as part of this commitment? Yes or no, and why?

No; because I believe in our US constitution protection of private property

What do you plan to do to protect and help workers in Nevada from continued significant job loss projected in the next 10 years due to automation?

Automation will create more skill trades. So we must upgrade the skills of our workforce. I know how to train thousands of workers.

Would you support removing pepper spray from our schools given that CCSD has been unable to verify the ingredients used in the pepper spray currently being used on students in CCSD?

Not right now due to increase student violence in CCSD schools. We must protect innocent students and remove criminal kids

Following the distribution of COVID-19 test kits, what are the policies you will implement that will ensure the recovery of Nevada’s community and economy after the pandemic?

I will focus on the availability of therapeutics (such as anti-viral pills or monoclonal antibody body). Our hospitals must be well equipped to handle potential Covid-19 surges. The governor controls the pharmaceutical board so we must not be hostile to the use of off-label drugs. I have been vaccinated but as Nevada governor, I will protect the civil rights of the Invaccinated. I am also opposed to mask or vaccine mandate.

Filipinos and Filipino Americans make up just 4% of registered nurses in the U.S., but account for nearly a third of all COVID-related deaths among registered nurses. What is your plan to help support our burdened healthcare system and support healthcare workers?

We must be sure PPEs are available and they must have good working conditions
